Their journey as a collective began with a resounding success at the Louisiana Music Prize Festival, where they not only competed in 2021 and 2022 but also secured the coveted People’s Choice Award in 2021.

Uniting members from various cultural backgrounds and spanning multiple generations, Bond + sees music as the universal language that unites them. Bond + is a group effort comprised of Lucas Lawrence (vocalist, Sarah Smith (vocalist), multi-instrumentalist), Kevin Harris (vocalist), Lauren Russell (vocalist, keyboard), Jerry Lee (guitarist, vocalist), Weldon Stutes (bassist), and Curtis Joseph (drummer). Bond +’s song “Lavender” was featured in a 2022 indie film “Cosmic” by filmmaker Calvin O’Neal Jr.
